Which files can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), Markdown, and plain text files up to 10 MB. KnowledgeHub prepares them for search as soon as they are uploaded.
How do I know an answer is correct?
Every answer cites the passages it was built from. Open a citation to read the original text in its document. When the documents do not contain the answer, it says so.
Who can see my documents?
Only members of your organization. Each organization is isolated, and roles decide who can upload, manage, or only read.
Which AI writes the answers?
KnowledgeHub retrieves passages from your organization only and sends those passages to OpenAI to write the answer.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan includes cited answers, document search, and an organization workspace. Team and Enterprise plans are coming soon.
